Innsbruck to Sölden
Innsbruck Airport is listed at 83km / about 1h15 by car. Public transport is airport bus to Innsbruck Hbf, train to Ötztal Bahnhof, then bus 320 to Sölden. A direct Ötztal Shuttle is another option.
The group arrives in two waves (five on Monday 11 January, three on Tuesday 12 January). Flight times and luggage volumes are not yet confirmed, so transfers are not booked.

From three days, the Ötztal Super Skipass is valid across the Ötztal ski areas, including Gurgl. Published group discounts start at 20 people, so a group of eight does not qualify. Confirm exact product terms and online price before purchase.

AlpTaxi's published indicative rates include €180 for a Vito (up to eight passengers) and €350 for two Vitos (up to 16). Two separate €180 transfers would total €360, but this is only an arithmetic scenario, not a quote or booking.
Passenger capacity does not guarantee space for eight people plus suitcases and ski/board bags. Obtain a written vehicle and luggage recommendation for each arrival group.

Eligible overnight guests receive the Ötztal Guest Card, which includes winter public buses and ski buses. Confirm issue and validity with the accommodation and check the seasonal timetable before relying on a connection.
Given the accommodation's location near Gaislachkoglbahn, a hire car for the full week does not appear necessary unless the group plans off-resort trips.
